No regular CozTalks in the odd years, but feel free to show up just to hang out, share, and celebrate the martial arts lifestyle!

CozTalks is the most unique (and fun) industry event that combines world-class speakers, new content, and awesome school owners in a tropical paradise! It’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to level up their martial arts business!

As the founder of Académie de Karaté Alexandru Sorin and Coach for Team Karate Canada, I’ve had the privilege of attending many events over the years and CozTalks, led by Randy Reid, stands out every single time. I’ve known Randy since 2018, when I first attended one of his amazing business martial arts seminars. From the very first moment, I felt like part of a family. These two-day seminars are not just about martial arts—they’re about connection, team building, and real growth. Each time I go, I learn something valuable—from top dojo owners, business experts, and martial artists alike. We train together, we eat together, we laugh, we share ideas. And all of this happens in the stunning setting of Cozumel—a beautiful island where the sun, beach, and great energy make the experience even more powerful. Last one that I participated was in 2024, and it reminded me why I keep coming back. I always return home not only with new knowledge, but with renewed motivation, lasting friendships, and a deep sense of inspiration. If you’re in the martial arts world, this is a must. CozTalks isn’t just a seminar—it’s an experience.

I have only missed one CozTalks event in 12 years, which was due to due to my father's illness. I love this event for the fantastic networking and world-class education the speakers provide. I've been to all the big mega events, and I love the fact that CozTalks is a small, intimate gathering of top martial artist who can sit down and discuss what's working well in their schools. I'm always the first one signed up, and I will be as long as there's a CozTalks event!

CozTalks is unique to the martial arts world. Great presentations in a fun atmosphere. One thing I really like about CozTalks is that the presenters don’t run off after their presentation. They are sitting back down beside you for the next presentation. And when the day is done, you find them sitting next to you in a bar or restaurant, and happy to answer questions or discuss martial arts stuff. I attend many events, but CozTalks is the one I return to year after year. - Chris Pollma
